Hidden in a quiet street in little Tokyo, LA, Oshiete combines art with food. Our chef creates a new menu each night. Oshiete means “tell me” in English. Through this experience we want you to learn about Japan’s culture, food and yourself. At this eight seat counter, we believe that luxury lies not is excess but in intimacy. Open your mind and have a conversation though flavor, form and feeling as you enjoy a quiet dinner at Oshiete.

I created Oshiete, a small 8 seat counter high end restaurant. Blending Japanese tradition with a minimalistic style.
I was inspired by the Akoya pearls found in Japan and integrated them throughout the brand.
